There was some pineapple which needed eating up and no-one seemed very interested so today I made a smoothie:

Pineapple Smoothie

1/4 Pineapple
1 Banana
100g Pineapple and Coconut Yoghurt
4 Ice Cubes

Whizz together and enjoy, serves 2.

Option: could use natural yoghurt or perhaps orange or apple juice instead, or even soya milk.

Other recipes use flavour such as vanilla (anything with vanilla is wonderful!)
