Image result for wowbutterand if you, or someone you know, can't eat peanuts/peanut butter - here's an alternative 'Wowbutter'!  It's tastes just like peanut butter but it actually made from soya beans.  Which are tremendously good for us.  According to the packaging, it's gluten free, with no added colours, flavours or preservatives and made in a 100% peanut, nut, gluten, dairy and egg free facility.  There are even stickers inside the label which can be put on children's lunch boxes.
I bought it whilst on holiday, reduced from £4.50 a jar down to £1.13, so felt whatever it was like it would be worth risking.  But it's actually very nice.  Looking on the internet, the price seems to vary, betwee £4.99 and £3.29 per jar.  And they also make flapjacks using Wowbutter.
