BLACKCURRANT BRULEE

12 oz blackcurrants
4 tbsp cold water
8 oz Greek yoghurt
4 tsp sugar (optional)


  1. Cook blackcurrants with water for about 10 minutes.
  2. put into four dishes, spoon yoghurt on top.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar, grill and serve.
